The Marvel Cinematic Universe Tag

Greetings, all!  Well, it’s been a very long time since I last posted, I’m afraid.

2018 Tolkien Party Tag!!!

Greetings, all! Saturday, September 22 nd was an important day for members of the Lord of the Rings fandom, being Bilbo Baggins and his nephew Frodo Baggin’s birthday. Many Happy Returns to them!!! *confetti horns blow and cake is passed around* (Shh, I know they’re fictional characters. It’s still awesome to celebrate their birthdays. XD) In honor of this special holiday, I am participating in Hamlette's Annual Tolkien Blog Party !!! Many thanks to  Hamlette for hosting this fun celebration and for creating the 2018 Tolkien Party Tag. Shall we begin? :-D 1.  What's your favorite Middle-earth story/book? I love The Hobbit best, I think; but the Tale of Beren and Lúthien is also near and dear to me. <3   2.  Do you have a favorite subplot? Legolas and Gimli’s bromance. XD I also love Gimli and Galadriel’s friendship as well, and (even though it’s sad) Faramir, Boromir, and Denethor’s story. :’-(  3.  What's your...

Wrap Up January\Hello, February!

Greetings, all! (Guys, I’m actually on time with my wrap-up post. Something must be wrong with me.) It seems like January just started!!! And now it’s February!!! Where does time go? Can you believe it’s already one month into 2018? I can’t. I’m still in 2017. Probably by the time it’s almost 2019 my mind will be caught up. January’s Songs: Mad World covered by Peter Hollens So beautiful, and so sad. Wonder Woman’s Wrath by Rupert Gregson-Williams This song is amazing. I haven’t seen the movie, but I LOVE the soundtrack. Barbossa is Hungry by Hans Zimmer Mildly disturbing title, but awesome song. I love the rhythm. January’s Movies: (We watched a ton of movies this month because I had to babysit my siblings more than usual. Not that I’m complaining…) [Disclaimer: I am not recommending all of these movies; I watched some of them on a video filtering service as there was some content involved. Just F.Y.I] Spider-Man Homecoming – Loved this ...

Wrap Up November\Hello, December!

Greetings, all! (Well, I'm alive! Can't say for sure how alive I am, but I'm here, AND just realizing that I haven't written a post since my last...wrap up...post...on November 7th....oookkkaaayyy, that's awkward. Moving on.) I'm actually on schedule with my wrap up post!!! Yay!!! I've been sick for about a week, so I wasn't sure I was going to be able to even write a post today, but thankfully I woke up feeling much better. Okay, I'm going to stop rambling now and start the post. XD November's Songs: Inception: Dream is Collapsing by Hans Zimmer   I love this movie! This is one of the best songs in the soundtrack; so epic and intense sounding.  Celtic Carol by Lindsey Stirling   Yep, already getting into Christmas music. ;-D I love the mashups Lindsey does in this song. November's Movies   Lord of the Rings The. Entire. Saga. XD (Can we watch it again please?) Star Wars: The Phantom Menace ...

Hamlette's Tolkien Tag 2017

Greetings, all! Today is LoTR day!!! *cue much jumping, screaming, and flailing* To celebrate, I joined Hamlette’s Hobbit party (click link here if you want to find out more) and I am going to answer the questions in her LoTR tag. Enjoy! 1.        How long have you been a Tolkien fan? Ever since I picked up The Hobbit at age seven and read that classic line, “In a hole in the ground there lived a Hobbit.” 2. Has your love of Middle-earth affected your life? Most definitely. I have learned some things about life-as well as writing tips and character development-by reading LoTR and The Hobbit. Every time I pick up a Middle Earth novel or companion book, I find more gems of wisdom just waiting to be discovered. (Not to mention I joined a fandom. That always affects my life. ;-D) 3. If you had to take the One Ring to Mordor, which character would you choose for your sole companion?...
