Wrapping Up January\\Hello, February!

Greetings, all!  IT’S FINALLY THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY!!! I SWEAR TIME SLOWED DOWN IN JANUARY!!! …and yet somehow I managed to not get very much done last month. :-Z Oh well. At least I listened to a lot of music. XD Music Listened to in January Brother Mine by David Arnold and Michael Price  This song is so eerie and beautiful; and I love the string solo in the middle. West Coast by Imagine Dragons  I’ve been listening to a lot of ID music this month; and while I don’t normally like their more light-hearted music, this one caught my attention-and I may or may not have listened to it 10 or more times in a row…XD I love the chorus. My Love Has Gone Across the Sea by Andrew and Skye Peterson  We just finished reading the Wingfeather Saga as a family (OH MY WORD THAT ENDING THOUGH :-O); and so I went and listened to the soundtrack of the first episode of the mini-series. This song was definitely my favorite. <333 ...

20 Questions Book Tag

Greetings, all! I was tagged by the lovely  Kendra Lynne to participate in this 20 Questions Book Tag! Rules: She has no idea who did this tag, or what the rules are, so I’m just going to assume they’re the normal tag rules. XD Thank you for tagging me, Kendra! Let’s get started. 1.        how many books are too many books in a book series? (That is a lot of books. XD) I honestly don’t think you can have too many! The biggest series I have read is the Redwall series by Brian Jaqcues with a whopping total of 22 novels and 2 children’s books. My personal preference is around 8-10 books, but I will gladly read as many books as there are in a series. 2.        how do you feel about cliffhangers? Mwuahahahaha…I love them. As my poor beta readers know, when I write stories, I tend to leave them ALL. ON. A. CLIFFHANGER. EVERY ONE. And it’s awesome. 3.     ...

The Account of My Camping Adventures

Greetings, all! Here is the account of my travels, as promised. XD Enjoy! NOTE: All of the pictures in this post were either taken by me or my mom. I own the copyrights. Even if they were taken by my mom. XD Day 1-2 Salt Lake City Sunset over the Great Salt Lake Loveland Aquarium This aquarium was AMAZING, with a shark tube, different biomes, and a 4D movie theater. The Red Butte Gardens There were art displays throughout the garden made with nothing but Legos. Wow.  In-N-Out (no pictures, sorry. we were too busy eating. XD) Day 3-4 Quail Creek Park and Zion’s National Park Wildlife at Quail Creek Reservoir  This crayfish was promptly dubbed “Craig”. XD Breathtaking Red Layers and Mile-Long Tunnels at Zion’s National Park   This was one of my favorite parts of our trip. It was so beautiful. <333 Day 5-7 The Grand Canyon Wow. Just wow. :-O  Day 8-10 ...
