I got roped into WIP: Joy

Greetings, all!

Welp. I guess I got roped into WIP Joy. *sighs*

I was going to write about Defying Apples, but that is not entirely ready yet…so you get to read about Mission: Metal. Yay!!! XD

(P.S. I am not doing all the questions. That would take WAY too long.)

1.       Describe yourself and your WIP!

Describing myself is incredibly hard. Reserved, unemotional, geeky, insane (ok, not literally), and always brimming with new ideas. Wearing pretty much only black, silver\grey, blue, deep red, and green. Listening to music, writing, watching movies, and practicing martial arts. Hanging upside down off of trees, explaining the science behind electricity to my one-year-old brother, reading late into the night. Raising dragons. Playing the violin. Being weird. Role playing.

My WIP takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. Shae and Archer Lia are fighting the Four Brothers to protect their family and community. If they lose against the enemy, the people that shelter behind them are exposed to the enemy. All that they have built will fail. There are battles and betrayals; love and family; fear and courage; martial arts and ChemiBullets. There is hope.

2.        Your 1^st inspiration for this WIP.

I don’t really remember. It just sort of popped into my head on day and asked what I was going to do with it. :-Z

3.       WOULD YOU RATHER: get trapped in your story for a week, or have your antagonist enter your life for one day?

Definitely get trapped in my story for a week. I may not survive if my antagonist entered my life for a day.

4.       A line you nailed perfectly.

“The hall was a cold gray one moment; the next was it was a bright red and gold.”

5.       Describe your MC’s personality with a GIF.

Geez, that’s hard. This one’s pretty good: 

6.       Choose an ideal reading spot, food, drink, and music to go with your book.

Reading spot: somewhere dark and mysterious. Maybe a garage, or an old building. A cave would work too, or a passageway\hallway.

Food: Chips. (I don’t know?!?! Seriously, I can’t think of a good food to eat with my book.)

Drink: Something cold and refreshing. Ice water, lemonade, Sprite, (what do you people drink?).

Music: (Finally something I can really answer.) Peter Hollens’ One Republic Medley is what I mostly listened to when I would write Mission: Metal for Camp Nano, but you could also listen to the soundtracks for Ironman 3, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as well as TSFH music. (Wow, that’s a lot.)

7.       What’s something you’re still figuring out about this WIP?

Should I kill Liam, or not. And should I write a sequel?

8.       Share a thought that keeps you going as a writer.

I am praying that the Lord uses my writings to bring glory to Himself, and to bring others to Him.

9.       WOULD YOU RATHER: have tea with your antagonist, or be stuck in an elevator for 3 hours with your MC?

I think I’ve already answered this question… oh well. I HATE elevators, so I’d rather have tea with my antagonist. Definitely.

10.   (LAST ONE) Why do you yearn to share this story with the world?

I want people to be able to see that families are able work together. I also want to bring God glory through this story.
